Service standard

Accessibility statement.

Built By Rejdi is designed so fragrance discovery can remain expressive without becoming difficult to read, understand or operate.

01

Our approach

Accessibility is treated as part of product quality, not an optional finishing layer.

Pages are intended to work across screen sizes, keyboard and pointer input, modern assistive technology and user preferences such as reduced motion. Content should use clear hierarchy and plain language while preserving the visual character of the brand.

02

Measures in the interface

The current build includes practical foundations that support more ways of browsing.

Structure
Landmarks, page titles, heading order and labelled controls support orientation and navigation.
Keyboard
Links, buttons, menus, filters, bag controls and the concierge are intended to work without a pointer.
Focus
Interactive controls retain visible focus treatment so keyboard position does not disappear.
Images
Meaningful images receive text alternatives; decorative imagery is excluded from the reading order.
Responsive layout
Content and controls reflow for smaller screens instead of relying on horizontal page scrolling.
Motion
Non-essential transitions are reduced when the device requests reduced motion.
03

Known limitations

The current statement is candid about work that is still outstanding.

  • No independent accessibility audit has yet tested the full catalogue and checkout-preview journey.
  • Third-party product imagery and brand artwork may contain text that is not independently available within the image itself.
  • The contact form does not currently deliver messages to an accessibility support owner.
  • Accessibility details for the future Tirana retail space cannot be confirmed until the exact unit is established.
04

Feedback and assistance

A barrier report is most useful when it explains what happened and what you were trying to do.

Include the page or feature involved, your device and browser if known, the assistive technology used if relevant, and the outcome you expected. Do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal data.

The current contact form is a preview and will state that it did not deliver the message. Verified social profiles remain available in the footer while a dedicated accessibility contact and response timetable are being established.

Review process

This statement should evolve with the service and with evidence from real testing.

Future revisions should record audit scope, confirmed conformance status, unresolved issues, remediation dates and the responsible contact. The review date above will be updated whenever a material change is made.
